? Position: Assistant Manager – HR
? Experience Required: 3–5 Years
? Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
? Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Construction / Infrastructure background preferred
? Key Responsibilities:
✅ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Coordinate interviews and candidate selection
- Handle onboarding and induction activities for new employees
✅ HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
- Ensure proper employee database management and HR reporting
- Coordinate payroll inputs and support payroll processing activities
✅ Employee Engagement & Relations
- Address employee queries and grievance handling professionally
- Organize employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
- Support performance management and employee development programs
✅ Compliance & Policy Management
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company rules and labor regulations
- Support audits and statutory HR documentation requirements

✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Good knowledge of HR practices and labor compliance
